If you are experiencing non-emergency warranty situations, please add them in your 2-10 Homeowner Portal or call 2-10 Warranty at (720) 531-6717.

If you have not yet set up your owner portal, please reference the guide provided above. 

If you experience an emergency warranty-related situation such as no hot water, total loss of electricity or complete lack of heating or cooling, please notify the 2-10 FLWS team and then reach out directly to the appropriate contractor.
