WHO WE ARE
Iron Oak Homes is by Brian and Braxton, two builders with 65 combined years of experience in the Treasure Valley. Not managing builds from an office — actually doing the work, on job sites, through every phase of what it takes to build a home that holds up and feels right long after move-in day. We build custom homes and designer move-in-ready homes across Eagle, Meridian, Star, Nampa, and Kuna. Every project is different. The standard doesn't change.

Built on Honesty, Experience, and a Process That Actually Works
Clients come to us at all different stages. Some have detailed plans, floor plans saved, and Pinterest boards full of ideas. Others have just a feeling of what they want and aren't sure where to start. Either way, the process is the same. We get into the details early, make the decisions that need to be made before they become problems, and communicate before you have to ask.
We build in Terra View in Eagle, Centerra in Meridian, Starpointe in Star, and Lone Star Ranch in Nampa. Each community has its own character and its own kind of buyer. What stays consistent across all of them is the quality of the build and the way we run the project.
For custom builds, the first conversation is free and straightforward. We hear what you're thinking, you hear how we work, and we both figure out whether it's a good fit. If it is, we go deeper. If it isn't, we'll tell you honestly and sometimes point you in the right direction. From there, selections happen early so nothing holds up the build, and the job doesn't finish until it's right.
Nicole, our Senior Project Coordinator, keeps everything running between your first call and your final walkthrough. She's the reason a lot of our clients come back, and she's mentioned by name in more of our reviews than anyone else on the team.
We've built enough homes in this market to know what works and what doesn't.
That experience is in every project we take on. If you want to understand what building in the Treasure Valley actually involves before you make any decisions, we put together a free guide that covers the market honestly, including costs, timelines, neighborhoods, and the questions worth asking any builder before you hire them. Or if you're ready to see the work, the available homes page is a good place to start.
